Start-up Retail Supplier Launches Offers in Connecticut

A start-up retail supplier has begun offering electric service in Connecticut.
Specifically, Abest Power & Gas, LLC now offers service at Connecticut Light & Power and United Illuminating.
At both CL&P and UI, Abest Power is offering residential customers a 12-month fixed rate of 7.49 cents per kWh.
Additionally, at UI, Abest Power is offering residential customers a promotional fixed rate of 7.29 cents per kWh fixed through December 2013.
Each product includes a $50 early termination fee.
Commercial service is also available.
