Plymouth Rock Energy Set to Launch in New State, More Expansions Planned

Plymouth Rock Energy is about to begin offering electricity supply in Maryland.

Plymouth Rock Energy will initially offer electricity supply to residential and business customers at Baltimore Gas & Electric, but plans to add natural gas service as well.

Additionally, Plymouth Rock Energy said it plans to eventually expand service to Pepco and Delmarva Power in Maryland, and Pepco in the District of Columbia.

Plymouth Rock Energy is currently active in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. The company offers residential service at ConEd, NiMo, O&R, KeySpan-NY, KeySpan-LI, National Fuel Gas Distribution, PSE&G, JCP&L, New Jersey Natural Gas, South Jersey Gas, PECO, PPL, and Duquesne Light.

The company said that it plans to extend its services into Connecticut, Ohio, and Illinois, as well as new areas of New York and Pennsylvania, all within the next year.
