Mega Energy Seeks License in New State
Mega Energy of Maine, LLC applied for a Maine electric supplier license to serve all customer classes at Central Maine Power and Bangor Hydro-Electric. The application is part of Mega Energy's re-focusing of marketing efforts on the northeast U.S., which was first reported by Matters. Various Mega Energy affiliates are seeking retail supplier licenses in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Connecticut, as previously reported.
Draft Would Grant Retail License to Provider Power, Electricity Maine Affiliate
A draft Connecticut PURA decision would grant Provider Power CT, LLC an electric supplier license to serve residential and commercial customers. As first reported by Matters, Provider Power CT is an affiliate of Electricity Maine and Electricity NH (d/b/a ENH Power).
Atlas Commodities Receives License in New State
The Pennsylvania PUC granted Atlas Commodities, LLC an electric broker/marketer license to serve large commercial (over 25 kW demand), industrial and governmental customers in all service areas.
US Energy Consultants Receives License in New State
The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio granted U.S.E.C. LLC d/b/a US Energy Consultants an Ohio electric broker/aggregator license to serve commercial, mercantile, and industrial customers in all service areas.
