PPL EnergyPlus Receives Supplier License to Serve Residential, C&I Customers in New State
The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio granted PPL EnergyPlus, LLC an electric supplier license to serve all customer classes in all service areas.
Negawatt Business Solutions, Inc. Seeks Licenses in New States
Negawatt Business Solutions, Inc. has registered as a New Hampshire electric and natural gas aggregator. The Maryland PSC docket management system indicates that Negawatt Business Solutions has also applied for a Maryland natural gas broker license; a copy of the application was not immediately available. Negawatt Business Solutions is a wholly owned subsidiary of Glacial Energy Holdings.
Commercial and Industrial Energy Solutions, LLC Receives License in New State
The Illinois Commerce Commission granted Commercial and Industrial Energy Solutions, LLC an electric agent, broker, and consultant license. As previously reported by Matters, three of the members of Commercial and Industrial Energy Solutions, LLC are also members of North American Power and Gas, LLC, specifically Carey Turnbull, Kerry Breitbart, and William Kinneary. Though it shares certain members, Commercial and Industrial Energy Solutions, LLC is completely separate from, and non-legally affiliated with, North American Power and Gas, LLC.
Alfa Energy Receives License in New State
The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio granted Alfa Energy LLC an electric broker/aggregator license to serve commercial, mercantile, and industrial customers in all service areas.
