Retail Supplier Silver Bear Energy Seeks to Serve Additional Territories

SBR Energy, LLC d/b/a Silver Bear Energy amended its pending application for a Pennsylvania electric supplier license to include service to all customer classes in all service areas. Originally, Silver Bear Energy had applied to serve all customers at PECO, PPL, Penelec, and West Penn Power.

University Alumni Association Receives Broker License

The Maine PUC granted the General Alumni Association of the University of Maine d/b/a University of Maine Alumni Association (UMAA) an electric aggregator/broker license to serve to residential and small non-residential customers at Central Maine Power and Bangor Hydro-Electric. The University of Maine Alumni Association told Matters that it will be acting as an agent for Gulf Electricity.
