EDF Trading Closes on Transaction to Purchase Ownership Stake in Retail Supplier Holding Company

EDF Trading North America, LLC has notified FERC of the closing of a transaction under which EDF Trading purchased a 25% interest in AP Holdings, LLC, a holding company operating several retail suppliers under the AP Gas & Electric brands. Pennsylvania Approves New Unbundled, Bypassable Charge at Utility

The Pennsylvania PUC has approved a settlement establishing a newly unbundled and bypassable Gas Procurement Charge of $0.1050 per Mcf at National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation. The GPC, reached via black-box settlement, will remain in effect until Distribution's next base rate proceeding.
