Choice Energy, LLC Transferring Part of Book to Another Retail Supplier

Choice Energy, LLC has informed regulators in one state that it is transferring its retail electric customers to another retail supplier.

Specifically, Choice Energy, LLC informed the Maine PUC that it has agreed to transfer its Maine customer base to another competitive retail provider and that it will suspend operations in the state as soon as customer transfers are complete.

The identity of the retail supplier acquiring the book was not immediately available.

After such accounts are transferred, Choice Energy, LLC requested that the Maine PUC suspend its supplier license until such time as Choice Energy, LLC notifies the Commission that it intends to resume active marketing in the state.
