Specifically, Kratos Gas and Power acquired the Ohio natural gas customers of Trademark Merchant Energy, LLC.
The book includes customers at Dominion East Ohio under the Standard Choice Offer and Monthly Variable Rate default supply programs.
With the transfer, Trademark Merchant Energy, LLC sought to relinquish its Ohio retail gas supplier license.
