Muni Aggregation Returning Customers to Utility Supply, Terminates Contract With Supplier

The municipal aggregation of the Village of North Aurora, Illinois is returning electric customers to Commonwealth Edison for supply after the aggregation's supplier declined to match ComEd's lower rate which took effect June 1, the Daily Herald reports. Direct Energy Launches Redesigned Website

Direct Energy has launched a redesigned website, directenergy.com. Update, 7/12: In the next six to eight months, Direct Energy plans to add new digital-based customer benefits including a mobile website and application that allows current and potential customers to retrieve information anytime and anywhere. Customers should also expect to see a more robust and easier to use online account management system and enrollment process, the company said.
