New Winner in Duke Energy Ohio Default Service Auction

The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio released the winning bidders of Duke Energy Ohio's recent default service procurement, and as listed in the PUCO report, the winners included a company not previously awarded Ohio default service electric load.
Specifically, winning bidders in the May Duke Energy Ohio SSO auction were as follows:

ENCOA has not previously won any tranches of Ohio electric SSO load in either the Duke Energy Ohio or FirstEnergy utilities auctions.
As previously reported, the tranches in the May 2013 Duke Energy Ohio auction were to supply a portion of SSO load for the period June 1, 2014 to May 31, 2015. The auction resulted in a tranche-weighted average price of winning bids of $54.16 per MWh.
