For residential natural gas service at ConEd, Stream Energy is offering a monthly variable rate with an initial promotional rate of 1¢/therm.
Additionally, for residential gas customers at ConEd, Stream Energy is offering a 12-month fixed rate of 59.80¢/therm. The product includes an early termination fee of $100.

Additionally, for residential natural gas customers at New Jersey Natural Gas, Stream Energy is offering a 12-month fixed rate of 51.60¢/therm. The product includes an early termination fee of $100.
In addition to the new territories listed above, Stream Energy is offering residential customers an introductory 1¢/therm natural gas rate in all of its existing natural gas markets.
Stream Energy is also now offering a cash back rewards program to residential electric and natural gas customers in New York (all active territories). According to a sample disclosure statement on Stream's website, the program, which is available with Stream's monthly variable natural gas product, pays the customer 5% cash back based on the supply portion of the customer's bill. The customer must remain with Stream Energy for 12 months to be eligible to receive the cash back rewards. The sample terms of service also suggest that during the cash back term, Stream's variable rate, after the initial month at 1¢, will match the utility's supply rate.
