Ambit Northeast had been previously granted authority to serve customers at UGI Central Penn Gas, UGI Penn Natural Gas, UGI Utilities, National Fuel Gas Distribution Corp., Columbia Gas, Equitable Gas Company, and Peoples Natural Gas Company

The Pennsylvania PUC granted Choice Energy, LLC d/b/a 4 Choice Energy, LLC an electric supplier license to serve residential, small commercial (25 kW and under demand), large commercial (over 25 kW demand), and governmental customers in all service areas.
American Power & Gas Receives Supplier License in New State
The Pennsylvania PUC granted American Power & Gas of Pennsylvania, LLC an electric supplier license to sere all customer classes in all service areas.
