Texas Issues Written Order Adopting Competitive Generation Service Tariff at Entergy

The Public Utility Commission of Texas has issued a written order approving a competitive generation service tariff at Entergy Texas. The order had been voted on at a prior open meeting, and adopts several stipulations among parties. The competitive generation service tariff is capped at 115 MW, is only available to LIPS customers above 5 MW, and may only be supplied by qualifying facilities.
