Retail Supplier Supreme Energy Acquires Customer Book

Supreme Energy, Inc. announced that it has entered into an agreement with Pro Energy Partners to acquire Pro Energy's Florida natural gas supply operations for an undisclosed sum.
Under the terms of the agreement, Supreme Energy will acquire Pro Energy's account base of approximately 1,100 natural gas customers within the TECO Peoples Gas utility service territory.
All terms and conditions of the Pro Energy customer agreements will be honored by Supreme Energy.
Supreme Energy first entered the Florida natural gas market in 2012. Supreme Energy said that, with the acquisition, its footprint in the Florida market more than doubles.
Supreme Energy said that the acquisition, "better positions the Company to provide commercial customers with enhanced choices for their natural gas supply."
