Residential Price to Compare to Decrease at Met-Ed, Penelec, Penn Power, and West Penn Power

The FirstEnergy Pennsylvania utilities have filed their new Prices to Compare for the three-month period beginning September 1.
For residential customers, the September 1 Prices to Compare will represent a decrease from the current rate (ignoring the impact of the State Tax Adjustment Surcharge).
Prices to Compare as contained in the utilities' tariff supplements are below. Please note that these Prices to Compare do not reflect the impact of the State Tax Adjustment Surcharge.
Met-Ed Price to Compare, 9/1/13 - 11/30/13
Residential Customer Class (Rate RS, Rate RT) and Rate GS - Volunteer Fire Company, Non-Profit Ambulance Service, Rescue Squad and Senior Center Service Rate:

Commercial Customer Class (Rate GS-Small Rate GS-Medium, Rate MS, Borderline Service, Street Lighting Service, Ornamental Street Lighting, and Outdoor Lighting Service):
