PPL saw its first weekly growth in the number of residential electric customers on competitive supply in over a month, according to the latest stats from the Pennsylvania PUC.

Statewide, from about July 18 to July 24 (reporting date varies slightly by utility), Pennsylvania saw residential shopping increase by an aggregate of 1,300 accounts, up from the week-ago growth of 500 accounts

Two utilities still recorded a decrease in residential shopping from about July 18 to July 24: Duquesne Light and PECO.
