Texas retail electric provider Andeler Corporation (d/b/a Andeler Power), announced that it has entered into a long term credit and supply facility with Vantage Commodities Financial Services, a joint venture between EDF Trading N.A. and VMAC LLC.
The agreement will allow Andeler flexibility in its term and pricing options for its residential and commercial customers, Andeler said.
According to Russel Head, Chief Executive Officer of Andeler, "this agreement solidifies our credibility and long term value proposition within the retail electric market in Texas. We’re excited to work with Vantage, as their size and market position will be a valuable asset to the growth that we are projecting over the next several years as we execute our sales and marketing strategy."
Andeler Power also announced that Rick Abernathy has joined the company as Executive Vice President of Supply and Procurement.
