Several New Suppliers Listing Offers on Public Rate Boards in Ohio, Pennsylvania

Several suppliers previously offering service in Ohio and Pennsylvania are now publicizing the offers on the state's public retail electric rate boards.

Specifically, Star Energy Partners is now listing retail electric offers for residential customers at Duke Energy Ohio and Dayton Power & Light on the Apples to Apples rate board.

As first reported by Matters, Star Energy Partners began serving Ohio residential customers this spring.

As listed on Apples to Apples, Star Energy Partners is offering residential customers at Dayton Power & Light the following (¢/kWh):

12 Months Fixed, 100% Green:     6.75
24 Months Fixed:                 6.79
24 Months Fixed, 100% Green:     6.88

As listed on Apples to Apples, Star Energy Partners is offering residential customers at Duke Energy Ohio the following (¢/kWh):

12 Months Fixed:                 5.59
12 Months Fixed, 100% Green:     5.69
24 Months Fixed:                 5.95
24 Months Fixed, 100% Green:     6.05

All of the products include a $50 early termination fee.

Separately, in Pennsylvania, AP Gas & Electric (PA), LLC is now listing an offer on PA Power Switch for residential customers at Penelec.

AP Gas & Electric is listing for Penelec residential customers a variable rate currently priced at 8.25¢/kWh
