The District of Columbia PSC granted AP Gas & Electric (MD) LLC d/b/a APG&E an electricity supplier license to serve all customer classes.

Guttman Energy Receives New License

The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio granted Guttman Energy, Inc. a natural gas supplier license to serve all sizes of non-residential customers in all service areas. As previously reported, Guttman Energy is a new retail supplier being launched by Northeast petroleum marketer Guttman Oil, and which counts several veterans of Direct Energy Business and Strategic Energy among its management.
