Groundswell Receives License in New State
The Pennsylvania PUC granted Groundswell, Inc. d/b/a Groundswell of PA an electric broker/marketer license to serve to residential and all sizes of commercial customers in all service areas. Groundswell operates a Community Power Program aggregation for non-profits and residents in Maryland and D.C., and said that it will pursue a similar aggregation in Pennsylvania once licensed.
Infinity Power Partners Receives License in New State
The Pennsylvania PUC granted Infinity Power Partners, LLC an electric broker/marketer license to serve large commercial (over 25 kW), industrial and governmental customers in all service areas.
MSI Utilities Receives License in New State
The Pennsylvania PUC granted MSI Utilities, Inc. an electric broker/marketer license to serve all sizes of non-residential customers in all service areas.
US Grid Energy Receives New License
The Pennsylvania PUC granted US Grid Energy, LLC a natural gas broker/marketer license to serve all customer classes at Equitable Gas Company, National Fuel Gas Distribution Corp., PECO Energy Company, UGI Utilities, Inc., UGI Central Penn Gas, Inc. and UGI Penn Natural Gas Inc.
