Xoom Energy Launches Service in New States

Xoom Energy has begun offering electricity and natural gas service in Rhode Island and Virginia.
In Rhode Island, Xoom Energy is offering electricity at Narragansett Electric (National Grid).
For residential customers at Narragansett Electric, Xoom Energy is offering a 12-month fixed rate of 9.39¢/kWh. The product includes an early termination fee of $110.
At Narragansett Electric, Xoom Energy is also offering residential customers a monthly variable rate with an introductory price of 6.49¢/kWh.
In Virginia, Xoom Energy is offering natural gas at Washington Gas Light and Columbia Gas of Virginia.
At WGL of Virginia, Xoom Energy is offering residential customers a monthly variable rate with an introductory price of 48.90¢/therm which is applicable for the first two bills.
At Columbia Gas of Virginia, Xoom Energy is offering residential customers a monthly variable rate with an introductory price of 49.90¢/ccf which is applicable for the first two bills.
