The District of Columbia PSC granted Energy Services Providers, Inc. d/b/a DC Gas & Electric an electric supplier license to serve residential and commercial customers. Energy Services Providers, Inc. is a unit of U.S. Gas & Electric, Inc.

ARM Energy Receives Supplier License in New State

The Pennsylvania PUC granted ARM Energy Management LLC a natural gas license as a supplier to serve commercial customers with usage in excess of 6,000 Mcf annually and industrial customers at Columbia, Equitable, Peoples, and Peoples TWP. The company is an indirect subsidiary of Asset Risk Management Holdings, which provides comprehensive energy risk management services to oil and gas producers throughout North America.

Start-up Transparent Electric Receives License in New State

The Pennsylvania PUC granted start-up Transparent Electric, Inc. an electric broker/marketer license to serve all sizes of commercial and industrial customers at PECO, PPL and Met-Ed. Transparent Electric is led by Jeffrey Farber, who was formerly senior vice president at LD Energy.

Choose Energy Receives New License

The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio granted Choose Energy, Inc. a natural gas broker/aggregator license to serve residential and small commercial customers in all service areas.
