United Illuminating Residential Default Service Rate to Increase Nearly 20%, UI Files New Standard Service, Last Resort Service Rates

United Illuminating has filed Standard Service Rates for the period January through June 2014, and Last Resort Service Rates for January through March 2014.

UI's current residential Rate R Standard Service generation charge is 7.6679¢/kWh, plus the Bypassable FMCC of 0.0295¢/kWh

New Standard Service Generation Services Charges (GSC) for January 2014 through June 2014 are as follows, in cents per kWh (for Rates LPT & GST, rates only applicable for customers under 500 kW).
