The Texas Senate Committee on Natural Resources will hold a hearing, "to receive an update on recent electric discussions at the Public Utility Commission of Texas."
The hearing will be held November 25
Senator Troy Fraser, who has expressed concern with the PUCT's move to a mandated reserve margin from a statutory and policy perspective, chairs the committee.
