R. Scott Gahn Named to Board of Retail Supplier

Just Energy Group Inc. announced the appointment of R. Scott Gahn to the Board of Directors of the company.

Gahn is currently the President of Gulf Coast Security Services, Inc., a Houston-based security firm, Just Energy said in a news release.

Gahn was a founding partner of the Texas start-up REP Just Energy Texas, later acquired by Canadian-based supplier Energy Savings Income Fund, which adopted the Just Energy brand for its operations. Gahn served as an executive at the newly constituted Just Energy for several years after the acquisition as well.

Gahn served on the ERCOT board from 2005 to 2008, and previously held positions at Enron, NYSEG, and the Virginia State Corporation Commission.
