Illinois Sees Largest Residential Shopping Growth Since March; AmerenCILCO Sees Decline

During November, Illinois posted its largest increase in the number of residential customers billed on competitive supply since March of this year, according to the latest stats on PlugIn Illinois.
Specifically, statewide residential shopping increased by 57,000 accounts from October 31, 2013 to November 30, 2013. That's the highest monthly growth since the Chicago aggregation-driven monthly growth of 900,000 customers during March.
ComEd saw residential shopping increase by 47,000 accounts from October 31, 2013 to November 30, 2013, up from growth of 22,000 from September 30, 2013 to October 31, 2013.
The monthly growth in residential shopping from October 31, 2013 to November 30, 2013 was 1,100 accounts at Ameren Rate Zone I, and 10,000 accounts at Ameren Rate Zone III.
Ameren Rate Zone II saw a decline of nearly 700 residential shoppers from October 31, 2013 to November 30, 2013
