The Pennsylvania PUC granted Global Montello Group Corp. an electric broker/marketer license to serve all sizes of non-residential customers at Duquesne Light Company, Metropolitan Edison Company, Pennsylvania Electric Company, West Penn Power, Citizens Electric Company, Wellsboro Electric Company, PECO Energy Company, PPL Electric Utilities Inc., UGI Utilities Inc., and Pike County Light and Power Company. An affiliate currently operates several retail gasoline stations in Pennsylvania, in the Bethlehem and Stroudsburg area, which would be the PPL or Met-Ed territory depending on specific address, and various affiliates are also engaged in wholesale petroleum marketing.
