SFE Energy Receives Authority to Serve New Territories
The Pennsylvania PUC granted SFE Energy an expanded natural gas supplier license to serve all customer classes at Columbia Gas and National Fuel Gas Distribution. SFE Energy was previously authorized to serve customers at UGI Utilities, UGI Central Penn Gas, UGI Penn Natural Gas, PECO, Philadelphia Gas Works, and Peoples Natural Gas. SFE Energy is an affiliate of Canadian retail supplier Summitt Energy Inc. and New York ESCO Family Energy

The Pennsylvania PUC granted Energy Initiatives Inc. a natural gas broker/marketer license to serve all customer classes in all service areas.
Utilities Marketing Group Receives New License
The Pennsylvania PUC granted Utilities Marketing Group, LLC an electric broker/marketer license to serve residential, commercial, and industrial customers in all service areas.
Energy Auction House Receives License in New State
The Pennsylvania PUC granted Energy Auction House Inc. an electric broker/marketer license to serve all sizes of non-residential customers in all service areas.
