Direct Energy Business Signs Multi-Year Contract with Regional Transport Authority

Direct Energy Business has extended its relationship with the Greater Cleveland Regional Transport Authority (RTA) via a three-year agreement to serve as its electricity supplier.
The agreement, effective June 2014, takes place after the closing of Direct Energy Business' acquisition of Hess Energy Marketing (HEM). RTA has been a Hess natural gas customer for nearly nine years.
RTA selected the power contract through a competitive solicitation process.
