Three Towns to Join Massachusetts Regional Opt-Out Aggregation

Town Meetings in three Hampden County, Massachusetts towns have voted to join the Hampshire Council of Governments opt-out municipal aggregation. The towns of Blandford, Holland, and Monson have joined 36 other communities in Hampden, Hampshire, Berkshire, Franklin, and Worcester counties that have already filed petitions with state agencies for the aggregation program
