North American Power was previously authorized to serve all customer classes at Equitable Gas Company, UGI Utilities Inc., National Fuel Gas Corp., PECO Energy Company, and Peoples Natural Gas Company.

The Pennsylvania PUC granted American Power & Gas of Pennsylvania, LLC an expanded natural gas supplier license to include service to all customer classes at Philadelphia Gas Works. American Power & Gas was previously licensed to serve customers at Columbia Gas of PA Inc., Peoples Natural Gas Co. LLC, UGI Utilities Inc., UGI Penn Natural Gas Inc. and UGI Central Penn Gas Inc.
