Texas Schedules Workshop on Subsynchronous Oscillation, Will Issue Strawman

Staff of the Public Utility Commission of Texas will conduct a workshop on Project No. 42631, Rulemaking Regarding Subsynchronous Oscillation in the ERCOT Region, on July 28.
A strawman rule with associated questions and an agenda will be released on Monday, July 21, 2014, Staff said.
