The Maine PUC has assigned docket numbers for two rulemakings related to electric market customer protection and disclosure rules.
The PUC docketed Case 2014-00214 for amendments to the licensing requirements, annual reporting, enforcement and consumer protection provisions for competitive provision of electricity under Chapter 305
The PUC docketed Case 2014-00215 for amendments to the uniform information disclosure and informational filing requirements applicable to electric suppliers contained in Chapter 306
