Craig Goodman to Keynote New York Energy Marketing Conference

Craig Goodman, President and Chief Executive Officer of the National Energy Marketers Association, will deliver the keynote address at the September 8th New York Retail Energy Marketing Conference, organizer Energy Marketing Conferences announced yesterday.

Goodman has been a leader in the energy industry through five industry deregulations starting with oil and refined products in the late 1970s, the natural gas markets in the 1980s and is currently attempting to bring true price and technology competition to the smallest energy consumers.

Goodman’s expertise in law, economics, taxation and public policy has served three U.S. Presidents and assisted multiple U.S. states to maximize social wealth with competitively neutral, market-based solutions to anti-competitive conduct, market power abuse and energy market dysfunctions. Goodman’s experience includes fossil, non-fossil (nuclear, renewables) and electrical energy markets as well as related advanced global technology markets.
