Retail Supplier Names Market Veteran to C-Level Position

North American Power announced that the company has named Jim Crysdale as its new Chief Information Officer.

Crysdale was most recently CIO of Ista for the past three years.

Previously, Crysdale served as the CIO of Liberty Power, and also previously held positions at Direct Energy and Hudson Energy.

Deryl Brown, the CEO of North American Power, who worked closely with Crysdale at Direct Energy and Hudson, said, "This move reflects our commitment to leverage technology as a competitive differentiator in the marketplace and further diversify the Company."

Crysdale has also consulted for Stream Energy, TXU, ERCOT, and CenterPoint, among others.
