Retail Supplier Withdrawing From Market

Retail supplier Phalanx Energy Services, LLC is withdrawing from several markets, citing an inability to procure a supply agreement.

Specifically, Phalanx Energy Services asked the District of Columbia PSC to withdraw its license, as, "Phalanx has been unable to replace its supply agreement to source electricity for more than two years and has been unable to bid and obtain any commercial contracts within any service territory."

Phalanx Energy said that it has no business or revenue in the District

Phalanx Energy made a similar filing with the Maryland PSC.
