The Pennsylvania PUC granted Marathon Power LLC an electric license as a supplier, broker/marketer, and aggregator to serve all customer classes at PPL and PECO. Marathon Power LLC, is an affiliate of New York ESCO Marathon Energy Corp.

The Pennsylvania PUC granted Park Power, LLC a natural gas supplier license to serve all customer classes at National Fuel Gas Distribution Company and PECO Energy Company.
