Great American Power to Acquire Retail Supplier

Retail supplier Great American Power, LLC has filed at FERC for approval of a transaction under which its holding company parent, Great American Power Holding LLC, would acquire 100% of the equity interests in retail supplier Perigee Energy, LLC

Perigee serves residential and commercial customers in the following deregulated energy markets: Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Ohio and Pennsylvania. Perigee is a wholly owned subsidiary of Apogee Holdings, LLC, a Texas limited liability company. Apogee is owned by Steven Guy (90 percent) and Kathryn Tozzini (10 percent).

Great American Power Holding LLC is wholly-owned by Telecommunications on Demand, Inc., Veracity Energy Holdings, LLC, Diane Mero, John Landry, Ginger Lucas, Leslie Jacobson, Ginger Lucas IRA, Christopher Bonavita IRA and an additional party owning just a 1% interest.
