Clearview Energy Announces Prepaid Product, Complimentary Electricity

Clearview Energy announced that the company is now offering a prepaid electricity plan that offers customers a way to earn complimentary electricity every month.
For any month that a customer makes at least one single payment of $75 or more, the customer will receive $10 of complimentary service for the next month, Clearview said.
Clearview's Clear & Easy Free Energy Prepaid is a monthly variable, 100% renewable product which is available in the Dallas and Houston markets
At Oncor, the Clear & Easy Free Energy Prepaid product has an average all-in rate (at 1,000 kWh) of 10.54¢/kWh, reflecting an energy charge of 5.7¢/kWh, a monthly base charge of $10, and a pass-through of TDU charges.
At CenterPoint Energy Houston Electric, the Clear & Easy Free Energy Prepaid product has an average all-in rate (at 1,000 kWh) of 11.65¢/kWh, reflecting an energy charge of 5.7¢/kWh, a monthly base charge of $10, and a pass-through of TDU charges.
