Update: Bounce Energy Rebrands Critical Peak Rebate Program, Direct Will Pay $5 for Completing Survey

Direct Energy formally announced its offering of a new critical peak rebate program in Texas, which was first reported by EnergyChoiceMatters.com last week

In formally announcing the program, Direct Energy confirmed that Bounce Energy's existing critical peak rebate program will now be known as Bounce Back Energy Savings. This program was formerly named Bounce Peak Rewards.

Additionally, Direct Energy said that customers enrolled in the program who do not reduce their energy usage during an event will have an opportunity to complete an online survey to receive a $5 discount off their next bill.
