Shipley Choice Receives Authority to Serve New Territories
The Pennsylvania PUC granted Shipley Choice, LLC an expanded natural gas supplier license to include service to all customer classes at UGI Penn Natural Gas, Philadelphia Gas Works, National Fuel Gas Distribution Corp., Peoples Natural Gas, Equitable Gas, Peoples TWP, and Valley Energy. Shipley Choice was previously authorized to serve customers at Columbia Gas, PECO, UGI Central Penn Gas, and UGI Utilities, Inc.
Muirfield Energy Receives New License
The Pennsylvania PUC granted Muirfield Energy, Inc. a natural gas broker/marketer license to serve all customer classes in all service areas.
BTU Direct Marketing Receives New License
The Pennsylvania PUC granted BTU Direct Marketing, LLC a natural gas broker/marketer license to serve all customer classes in all service areas.
