Retail Supplier Launches Energy Efficiency Services Company

The parent of ESCO BlueRock Energy has launched a new company, BlueRock Energy Services, to offer energy efficiency and other turnkey energy services

BlueRock Energy Services will offer site assessment, product procurement, financing, logistics, installation management, rebate programs, training, and support. The company is initially focused on equipping customers with advanced LED lighting and energy monitoring/controls.

While BlueRock's commodity supply operations are focused in New York (though it has been moving to expand with a recently granted license in Connecticut and applications pending in Pennsylvania), BlueRock Energy Services will serve customers, "across the northeastern United States."

BlueRock said that the expansion was made possible by international investments in cooperation with Global Alliance Securities under the EB-5 program.
