Maryland PSC Denies Broker License With Prejudice

The Maryland PSC has denied with prejudice the application of Relationship Energy & Services, LLC for a broker license. The PSC was concerned that the company did not disclose in its initial application that America Approved.com was previously subject to a fine from the PSC for engaging in brokering activities without a license, since at least one member of Relationship Energy & Services served in management of America Approved.com. The PSC was also concerned that the company did not disclose in its original application that Peter Jensen, who was listed as a managerial member of the company, was convicted of tax evasion by a district court in Florida.

Northeast Energy Advisors Seeks New License

Northeast Energy Advisors, LLC applied for a Maryland electric broker license to serve C&I customers in all service areas.
