Nordic Energy Services Joins Retail Energy Supply Association

Nordic Energy Services LLC has joined the Retail Energy Supply Association (RESA). Nordic supplies natural gas and electricity with related services to residential and commercial customers behind five utilities in Illinois, five utilities in Ohio, two utilities in Pennsylvania, two utilities in Maryland, three utilities in New Jersey and one utility in Indiana. Nordic will also offer electric services to customers in New York and New England later this year.

CenterPoint Energy Updates Amounts to be Refunded to Retail Providers

CenterPoint Energy Houston Electric has filed a corrected amount to be refunded to retail electric providers from an over-recovery of transition charges under TC1, increasing the refund by about $400,000. Under the revised filing, for residential customers, Rider TC Refund would be a credit of $0.001530 per kWh instead of the originally filed $0.001468 per kWh.
