NRG Home Solar Launches Strategic Partnership with Upromise by Sallie Mae

NRG Home Solar announced a new partnership with Upromise by Sallie Mae, a service that helps families pay for college by earning cash back on everyday purchases.
Through this collaboration, NRG Home Solar will become the first residential solar company to offer Upromise members, in select states, a significant bonus for a completed solar installation, plus cash back for simply learning more about the benefits of solar at home.
Through the new Upromise partnership, NRG Home Solar will offer Upromise members a one-time $500 bonus -- deposited into a Upromise account -- for completing a solar installation and a one-time $50 bonus for members who complete an appointment to learn more about home solar. The offer will be available to qualifying Upromise members in New York, California, Connecticut, New Jersey and Massachusetts.
