Maryland PSC Launches Redesigned Electric Supplier Price Chart

The Maryland PSC has launched a redesigned electric supplier price comparison website for residential customers (click here)

The chart now lists all supplier offers in a single table (previously customers had to click individual links to see each supplier's pricing).

New features of the redesigned chart include an estimated total monthly cost, based on inputted customer usage; whether the product reflects an introductory price; and whether there is a cancellation fee.

The new choice portal includes an educational component with information on customer choice, a glossary of common contract terms, frequently asked questions and guidance on the switching process.
