Inactive Retail Supplier To Be Dissolved

Retail supplier DES Retail, LLC, which has been inactive, will be administratively dissolved by the state of Georgia, its parent DES Wholesale, LLC d/b/a Diversified Energy Supply (DES) said in a filing at FERC regarding a change in ownership.

DES, a wholesale energy marketer, informed FERC that Fernando de Aguero transferred his full ownership and control of DES to Allison Sheffield de Aguero for $13,000

DES also previously owned 51% of Diversified Fuel Supply, LLC, a petroleum products supplier that did not participate in the electric marketplace, which was merged into DES, effective October 21, 2014
