Energy Transfer Partners Affiliate Receives Retail Supplier License in New State
The Pennsylvania PUC granted Energy Transfer Retail Power, LLC an electric generation supplier license to serve large commercial (over 25 kW demand) and industrial customers in all service areas. Energy Transfer Retail Power said that it would act as a supplier for the limited purpose of self-supplying affiliate Energy Transfer Partners companies.
Agera Energy Receives New License
The Pennsylvania PUC granted Agera Energy, LLC a natural gas supplier license to serve all customer classes at PECO Energy Company, National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation, Peoples TWP LLC, Peoples Natural Gas Company, LLC, Peoples Natural Gas Company, LLC - Equitable Division, and Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania, Inc.
American Utility Management Receives New License
The Pennsylvania PUC granted American Utility Management, Inc. an electric broker/marketer license to serve all customer classes in all service areas.
AUI Associates Receives New License
The Pennsylvania PUC granted AUI Associates, Inc. a natural gas broker/marketer license to serve all customer classes at PECO Energy Company and Philadelphia Gas Works.
