Preston Ochsner has resigned as CEO of Jade Energy LLC d/b/a Bose Power effective May 6, 2015 to pursue other opportunities.
According to an organizational chart filed by Bose Power with the Public Utility Commission of Texas on December 15, 2014, Ochsner as CEO had reported to Bose Power President and Founder Rafael Patag.
