Constellation Exec: "Reality" Is Little Headway In Opening New Retail Markets; Nothing On Horizon in Next Three Years

"The reality, despite the advocacy that we've attempted, [is that] we haven't had much success opening up markets," Mark Huston, President of Constellation Retail, said during DNV GL's Retail Energy Executive Forum

"Unfortunately, being realistic, I don't see anything in the next three years that's going to open up states on the power side," Huston said

Huston said that data showing savings from innovation is what, "will ultimately carry the day," in favor of retail choice.

But showing such positive results is going to take some time, Huston said.
